Ingredients

  • 1½ cups heavy cream

  • ½ cup strong brewed peach tea or Bai Panama Peach, chilled

  • 1 tsp peach extract

  • 1 tsp peach-flavoured liquid stevia

  • 3 tbsp Swerve confectioners’- style sweetener

  • ½ tsp fine sea salt

  • SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
  • Ice cream maker

Directions

  • Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Fill an ice cream maker halfway with the mixture and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Serve immediately or freeze the sorbet in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
