1½ cups heavy cream
½ cup strong brewed peach tea or Bai Panama Peach, chilled
1 tsp peach extract
1 tsp peach-flavoured liquid stevia
3 tbsp Swerve confectioners’- style sweetener
½ tsp fine sea salt
- SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
Ice cream maker
- Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Fill an ice cream maker halfway with the mixture and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Serve immediately or freeze the sorbet in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
