Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese

  • 114g (4 oz) cream cheese (½ cup), softened

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 (60g/2 oz)) jar diced pimientos, drained

  • Fine sea salt and ground black pepper

Directions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, and pimientos. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place in the refrigerator to firm up before serving.
    Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
