114g (4 oz) cream cheese (½ cup), softened
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ tsp onion powder
⅛ tsp garlic powder
1 (60g/2 oz)) jar diced pimientos, drained
Fine sea salt and ground black pepper
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, and pimientos. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place in the refrigerator to firm up before serving.
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
